Great spot to get to all the places easily. Rooms are super fresh, got all you need like a TV and a nice bathroom. Pool is clean and cool too. Service here is top-notch! 👌

Liked having a fridge & microwave in room. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Bed was not comfortable. It was saggy and needed to be replaced.

I liked how comfortable the beds and the room was. Felt like home away from home.
The ironing board was broken and there were a few rambunctious children running app and down the halls at midnight.

The property is clean with immaculate rooms. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. The location is marvelous and perfect, not far from a very nice suburb of Memphis. Germantown district deserves your attention.

Not one thing.
The Stains on the sheets when I turned back the covers to lay in the bed.Super Nasty.I have the pictures of the nasty sheets.Then the staff was nasty towards my husband and myself.The Manager sent me a email basically saying she wasn't going to do one thing about my issues.

The location of this hotel is great, within a short walk to many restaurants and shops in a very nice suburb of Memphis. the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my stay.

The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Breakfast was quite decent. Staff was friendly.
They have cemented over the hot tub, and the pool was dirty looking upon our arrival--they did drain it while we were there, but we were disappointed we couldn't use this amenity. Also, the rear guest entry/exit was never "locked". You're supposed to use your key card to gain access to the building, but no matter what time we arrived the door did not require any more effort than to turn the door handle.

We enjoyed this affordable hotel. The staff team was wonderful, the rooms were immaculate, equipped with 2 queen beds and WiFi. The breakfast was fresh made and great, with a huge variety of options and delicious food. The location is central, right down from the Agri Center with many events nearby.

The hotel lobby was very small. Upon walking in you are facing the check in desk, indoor pool and breakfast area closely together Lobby furniture was very shabby..The room was nice and didn't fit with atmosphere of the hotel

Safe and nice location
Didn't like the towels or soaps/lotion. They felt and smelled just cheap!! The plug in bathroom was out of the socket. Bathroom just felt overall dirty. Our door wouldn't lock when we would leave the room
